At face value a touchsensitive flatscreen is mounted

Two handles communicate that the screen is rotatable

On the upper part of the screen a wide-angle view of the room behind is visible. By rotating the screen you can point at the exhibits.

the exhibited saurian aimed at is shown in the cladogram. real space and information space are connected.

aditional information on geographical extension etc can be retrieved

after zooming into the cladogram more detailed information becomes visible (Level of information detail)

An information system with a simple Hardware User Interface for the visitors of the Dinosaur hall in the Natural History Museum Berlin. By simply pointing at the exhibits with a rotatable screen comprehensive information is accessed. E.g. the position of the prehistoric animal in the cladogram of the saurians. The virtual information space is connected to the real space and the physical object in the museum in a very simple way.
